IPR to the original works - all other material(s) not reserved by ODPDS is the property of the New House Inn Management
where the New House Inn Management hold the IPR for these materials.

the website easily.

purpose of using these on the New House Inn website.
These photographs are technically the property of ODPDS as ODPDS is the creator of the photograph taken from
a photograph - however, as part of the contractual agreement between the New House Inn Management and ODPDS in the
creation of the New House Inn website, the digital photographs of old photos of the New House Inn and of North Cornelly
contained in the history section of the New House Inn website are the property of the New House Inn Management.
Event Photos at New House Inn - all event photos (entertainment etc) have been created by ODPDS exclusively for
the purpose of creating the website www.newhouseinn.co.uk - as part of the contractual agreement between the New House
Inn Management and ODPDS in the creation of the New House Inn website, all event photographs contained throughout the
New House Inn website are the property of the New House Inn Management.
